Hi, I'm Andrey. I'm a software engineer with over 25 years of experience in web development, specializing deeply in search, recommendations, and backend architecture (Elasticsearch, ML).
Throughout my career, I constantly saw search teams struggle with the same problem: testing and evaluating search relevance was always a messy, script-heavy, and painful process. Spreadsheets were everywhere, and engineering time was wasted on building internal testing tools instead of actually improving search quality.
That’s exactly why I built SearchTweak™. I wanted to create the ultimate, all-in-one platform that I always wished I had—a tool that seamlessly bridges the gap between ML engineers, Product Managers, and human raters, allowing teams to iterate on search much faster.
