- We read search endpoint responses, which are normally public (open to anyone). However, users can utilize private (closed to public) endpoints by using custom headers.
- This data is used ONLY to show search snapshots to search evaluators and calculate evaluation metrics.
- Users can delete a search evaluation at any time, which will completely remove all stored search snapshots (results from the search endpoint).

- Compliance with License: By using the open-source version, you agree to comply with the terms of the Functional Source License, which governs the use, modification, and distribution of the software.
- No Liability: We are not liable for any issues, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the open-source version. Users are responsible for their own deployments and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
